Product Overview

Another characteristic of the DV5 platform is its stronger carrying capacity. The DV5 entire platform uses high-grade plates, optimizes structural design, improves the bending and torsional performance of the frame assembly by 7%, improves the balance suspension material, effectively improves product performance, and can easily cope with complex and harsh working conditions. Through optimized design in terms of power and load-bearing, the acceleration performance and maximum climbing slope of the DV5 vehicle have been improved by 5%, and the load-bearing capacity has been increased by 10%. While carrying multiple loads, the DV5 platform adopts a lightweight design that utilizes new structures, materials, and processes to control and reduce the weight of the vehicle.

The DV5 platform has a lot of universal designs, with a generalization rate of up to 70% for parts within each product line, and a usage rate of up to 95% for common parts in a single vehicle model. This will further reduce customer usage and maintenance costs in the later stage! In the development of the driver's cab, the DV5 cleverly designed a rich storage space. Through the optimization of the body rear panel structure and ergonomic design, the sleeper width of the model exceeded that of more than 80% of the mainstream models on the market.

The DV5 platform has conducted a total of 1400 hours of simulation analysis based on the product's usage environment and working conditions, completing over 1000 tests and verifications on reliability, durability, vibration comfort, etc., covering tests from the entire vehicle to the assembly and then to the components. The platform products have undergone strict "high cold, high heat, and plateau" environmental tests, and the platform has completed a total of 300000 kilometers of reliability tests, ensuring the reliability of DV5 platform models.

The front face of the driver's cab adopts a large area of black air intake grille structure, with the silver white Dongfeng Shuangfeiyan logo located in the middle position, matched with silver white chrome bright strips around it. The irregular geometric shaped headlights are installed on the bumper, giving an overall feeling of high-end atmosphere and eye-catching.
